Today i m going to show you different biceps workout that will help you a lot in making strong biceps
Bodybuilder’s secret workout
1.Ez-Bar Preacher Curl for biceps:
We have to start with Ez-bar preacher.If you are doing it first time then make sure that you don’t do it alone.keep someone with you to support you to do this because it may be heavy for you to lift it.All you have to do is to hold an EZ-bar with your hands and keep your upper arms on the sloping pad of a preacher bench.Without moving your upper arms, bend your elbows and curl the bar toward your shoulders as shown in pic.Then slower down the weight and then back to the initial position.
This is second step of biceps workout.In barbell curl you need to stand straightly and then hold the rod with the weight and the bend your arms down and then slowly keep it in up again in starting position and then repeat the same.Do it twelve times in three sets.
3.OFFSET-GRIP DUMBBELL CURL
The third one is offset grip dumbbell curl.Its simple to do.I tell you how to do it.Hold the dumbbell with both hands and bend your elbows and curl the dumbbells.Then slowly keep the weight back to the starting position. Make sure keep your arms straight whenever you take your arms back to the starting postion.
The fourth one is concentration curls.Do it twelve times again in three sets.All you have to do is to sit on the bench and hold a dumbbell in right hand and bent down a little without moving your elbow and then take back to its starting position.Do it same with left hand. Do it continuously 12 times.
5.Standing biceps cable curl:
In standing biceps cable curl we have to stand straightly and then hold the cable with both hands and then keep the arms down and then bring it back to starting position and then again repeat the same.Do it twelve times in three sets.
