Why Chest Workout is Most Important
Chest is the upper part of the body and should be broad and in proper shape.If chest is not in proper shape then body can’t look attractive.Most of the people do a lot of chest workout but still they remains fail to make a fine chest.The reason is either they might not have proper knowledge about chest workout or they dont do proper workout.
Different Types Of Chest Workout

Pushups is the very first step in chest workout.Do pushups whether you are doing chest workout or not.Pushup is the core exercise of chest.Do pushups slowly.Go down slowly and come up slowly.Never do pushups fast.Because doing pushups fast restricts the chest to come outwards.Doing pushups slowly keeps chest in proper shape cutting in chest automatically develops.Do three sets of twelve pushups in each set and increase sets after few days according to your capability.
After doing pushups the step is to do benchpress.Benchpress is also very important in chest workout.Always remember while doing benchpress you always need a person to give support.Never do benchpress alone.Its very simple to do benchpress.Firstly lift the rod up and down without putting any weight in the rod.one thing remeber never do benchpress in fast motion.Do it slowly.After doing first set without putting any weight then put some weight and do next set as shown in picture clearly.At beginning do three sets of twelve benchpress in each set and increase sets after few days according to your capability.
3.Inclined Dumbbell flyes:
The third step is inclined dumbbell flyes.In inclined dumbbell flyes we sit on a bench that is somewhat inclined.Hold the dumbbell in hands and stretch your arms along with your chest widely and close down your arms and the again stretch your arms widely as clearly shown in the picture.Do this continue and slowly.Do it twelve times in single three sets.It makes chest broader.
Start off sitting on the fly machine with your back flat against the padding and forearms up against the pads. Slowly and concentrate of pushing the pads together and squeezing your chest muscles.Once you reach the middle position of the motion, hold for a count, squeezing your chest muscles, then return back to the starting position. Make sure that you focus on using your chest for this exercise.Refrain from using your biceps or shoulders and focus on squeezing the inner part of your chest.
