1.Take meals that increases body metabolism:
Metabolism plays an important role in loosing body weight.Increasing and decreasing of metabolism changes the body weight as well.If the metabolism increases weight decreases and if metabolism decreases weight increases.so we need to take only those meals which increases metabolism.when a person comes in middle age its metabolism starts decreasing and hence weight ultimately starts increasing.so it is important to take only those meals that helps in increasing metabolism like apple,ginger,oats etc.
2.Do exercise daily:
Exercise is very important if you want to loose weight fastly.If someone thinks that he can losse weight swiftly without doing exercise then he/she is absolutely wrong.Running is important.Do running for about 35 minutes daily.Because durng running sweating happens and when when sweat comesout then fat too releases with sweat from the body.Do cardio with running also as shown in pics.

6.Stop taking alcohol:

Fibre is very much effective in decreasing body weight.If we take fibre in our diet then we will not feel hungry early through the day and hence we will remain refrain from eating all the time.Fibre increases metabolism also which helps in decreasing weight.we should take 20gm fibre daily.spinach,peer,lima beans,apple,kiwifruit are enriched with fibre and we should take them more.
