Today most of the peoples are suffering from this problem.More than one-third(78.6 million) adults in U.S are obese.Some peoples got obesity by birth and some got obesity due to wrong lifestyle.
What Is Obesity?
Obesity is the condition or health problem in which a person is overweight and has a high degree of body fat. Obesity is measured by the Body Mass Index of a person (BMI).Usually, a BMI between 18.5 and 25 is considered desirable. If your BMI is 30 or more, you are considered obese.USA has taken this problem a very serious concern.USA spends $147 billion or more every year to overcome from this serious problem.

There are several causes of obesity but i will explain the major causes of obesity.The major causes of obesity are as follows
1.High Calorie Consumption
As you all know excess of everything is bad.People who consumes high calorie food often develops the problem of obesity.If we keep on consuming high calorie foods and will not workout then it is 100% sure that we will become obese.
2.High Consumption Of Red Meat
Meats are high in energy and fat content, and thus may be associated with higher risk of obesity.A survey recently done in america on obese peoples and it revealed that those peoples always takes beef and pork meat and thus they developed high fat on the body and became overweight.Beef meat is most dangerous for health because it contains huge huge amount of protein and fat and it is deadly for humans.
Today we people are so much busy in our life and it results we often fails to pay attention towards our health.Untimely eating and untimely sleeping are the regular habits of us and it is the main reason of this problem.Also prolonged consumption of fast food makes us overweight.so wrong lifestyle is the major cause of obesity also.
