It is difficult to do but it very much beneficial for the mind.Just balance all your body weight on your head with legs straight upwards and keep your eyes closed.The blood will move reverse and keep your focus on breath.It keeps your mind fully calm.You can do it against the wall for support at beginning.Remain in the pose for abour 10-15 minutes.

3.Standing Forward Bend pose or Uttanasana
It is another yoga posture to get rid of mental stress and depression.I tell you how to do this posture.keep your hands on your hips and inhale deeply and then exhale by extending your hands out and keep bending unill your hands touches the ground.Do it continuously for about 10 minutes daily,

- Help in proper circulation of blood in a body.
4.Seated Forward Bend
This is another and most important yoga posture.Peoples who are slim or thin can easily do this posture.I tell you how to do this posture.Just sit & keep your back straight and your legs should be straight out in front of you.Take deep breathe and move forward and hold your ankle and do relax as you can easily do and the breathe out and come to starting posture.Do it continuously for about 10-15 minutes.

5.Corpse Pose Or Shavasana
This is the ending posture.It always comes in end.It is the most easiest and relaxing posture.It keeps for mind as well as body relax.I tell you how you can do this.Lie on your back with your arms by your sides and keeps your legs straight.Close your eyes and stops the thinking process completely.just relax and keep your all focus on your breathe and starts counting the breathe and try not to think anything that time.As your thoughts starts disappearing you will notice that your mind is getting calm and then your stress will completely remove.
